Having reinvented myself professionally several times, I related to this new book. Take the Leap: Change Your Career, Change Your LIFE, by Sara Bliss. I never thought of it as reinventing, but adjusting, adapting, dealing…. This book is filled with inspirational stories but also validation for choices and adventures you have chosen or want to choose.

At the parent evening he acknowledged that it’s tempting to step in and help, but that the true learning comes from the struggle. When our kids struggle they sometimes succeed and they sometimes fail.
